Started planting pepper seeds today !

Started to collect sap – 30 gallons so far

Just located another 19 trees to tap. Good sap flow predicted later in the week.

Not much maple sap yet. The daytime temperatures have been around freezing. We need another 5 degrees during the day to get good sap flow 🙁

The maple sap is starting to flow. Next week looks good for a major sap flow. We might have the evaporator going next weekend

We finally got a basic website up and running ! Still lots to do, though. It will be a while before we have all the details worked out.
